• Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders $35 and above.
• Orders under $35 pay a flat $5.99 shipping fee.

Returns

Because EveryWipe is a personal care product, opened products cannot be returned.

However, purchases are covered by our 30 Day EveryWipe Satisfaction Guarantee. If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, incorrect, or you are not satisfied with your first EveryWipe purchase, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

For damaged or defective products, we may request photos so we can investigate the issue.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect or damaged due to an error on our part.
